- PERSONAL ATTENTION. Unlike other firms in Atlanta, Meyer Closings, LLC has only one location. This allows Managing Partner, Andy Meyer, to handle most of the residential closings in our office.
- TIME. We allow an hour for each residential closing, plenty of time for all of your questions to be answered.
- TECHNOLOGY. Each page of a closing file including the survey, recorded documents and title policies, is scanned using state-of-the-art technology document scanning, which means each closing file is just a mouse click away at any time—even after the closing!
- SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR STANDARD. Every Meyer Closings, LLC employee is equipped with Blackberry technology to allow them to assist our clients even after normal business operating hours.
- DRAFT CLOSING STATEMENTS. Clients, real estate agents and lenders see draft closing statements in advance of the closing—eliminating any surprises at the closing table.
- PARKING. Parking is free of charge and in a covered garage attached to our building.
- COMMISION CHECKS AT THE CLOSING TABLE. We have established relationships with most real estate accounting offices to cut checks at the closing table.
- DRAFT AND REVIEW OF SPECIAL STIPULATIONS. This service is provided free of charge for any closing scheduled by our office or for a set fee, if we are not closing the file.
- MOBILITY. In special cases with prior approval, we can close transactions on-site at your office or another location. We only require internet access and a laser printer.
- LOCATION. Our office is conveniently located at the I-285 and GA 400 Glenridge Connector allowing convenient access to our office from anywhere in Atlanta.
- KNOWLEGEABLE STAFF. Our staff has a combined total of over 60 years experience in real estate closings.
